“Hey, wake up Anna,” Desert said jumping up and down!
“Why? What time is it,” I mumbled half asleep.
“Time to wake up,” Desert replied attempting to shake me awake.
“Fine,” I responded in exasperation climbing out of her bed.
“We’re gonna finally sneak into one of the abandoned buildings, remember when we first tried,” Desert recalled.
“The one with the vines and millions of cracks, it looks like its from the 1800s,” I stated.
“Bingo! That was a frightening visit, but now were trying the modern looking gray one.” Desert said.
“Are you sure, last time we slipped off the stairs?” As I recalled.
“Well, bye then, I guess I’ll just go without you.” Desert said with a smirk.
“Fine I will go! But don’t blame me if anything goes wrong.” I stated.
“Great let’s go,” Desert exclaimed.
“Did you really think I was going to go? I was crossing my fingers.” I said pulling her hands into view for Desert to see.
Desert then stomped away angrily.
I sighed. I guess I’ll go on my own adventure. No. My own safe adventure. I could not decide where to go to start it though. After a whistle I decided to go to the desert. I heard there were magic spells. It would be so cool to see magic. But, first I would catch some fish though, and fill my canteen with water. I grabbed my fishing rod to go catch some fish. I was able to catch one yellowtail, two salmon, and one tuna. So, after the successful catch, I packed up my bag and starting making my way to the desert. I had packed my water canteen, the fish I caught in the morning, some overnight supplies, and some nuts I had gathered the day before. When I got to the desert I look for the place to see magic spells.
Though when I got there the person in charge said, “There have not been magic spells for a long time. Our magic spells have not been working.” I was shocked to hear this, but I promised to find out why the magic spells were not functioning. Then, I was on my way when the person in charge said, “Wait! There is something you should know then. A lot of settlers have reported hearing cackling in the night.”
After hearing the news, I prepared for a stake out tonight. I set up my overnight gear and watched for anybody out of the ordinary. When I heard cackling I looked around and saw someone using their magic powers to steal magic while settlers were sleeping. I confronted him and before I knew it, the person turned around and introduced himself. “I am Mc. Spells,” Mc. Spells said.
“Well, I see what you are doing and you better stop right now, or else,” I confidently stated.
“Well, too bad for you then, because I will never stop,” Mc. Spells said. Then a heartbeat later, Mc. Spells teleported away. I created a plan for when I saw him next while eating my yellowtail when it hit me nuts soak up magic. So, the next night I would sneak up on Mc. Spells and carefully plot nuts behind him. Then I can give the nuts to the settlers to claim their magic back for them. So in the night, I took out the nuts from my bag and located Mc. Spells. When I spotted him, I completed my plan. And after said, “Hi again, I came here to stop you.”
“You again,” Mc. Spells said in exasperation.
“Yup, I made a plan to stop your villainous acts,” I stated.
“You will never succeed,” Mc. Spells remarked.
“Well are you sure about that? I stole the magic you stole back for the settlers,” I said smugly quickly snatching the nuts away from the ground running away.
Mc. Spells saying, “I will steal the magic back someday,” in the background.
To be continued . . .
